In this role you will support TK Airport Solutions in managing international taxation for multinational projects. You will help ensure tax compliance across countries, apply transfer pricing policies, and structure operations for bids and contracts. You will assess PE risk, coordinate external advisors, and monitor recurring tax obligations. You will work with cross-functional teams to align contracts, invoicing, and tax documentation while preparing for audits. This is a chance to shape tax strategy within a growing aerospace-enabled engineering environment.

• Assess permanent establishment risk for international projects
• Support tax structuring of bids, contracts, and projects

• Monitor recurring tax obligations (CIT, VAT, withholding tax)




• Review intra-group operations and transfer pricing documentation
• Ensure consistency between contracts, invoicing and tax documentation; support tax audit preparation

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics or related field
• Master's/Postgraduate degree in Taxation
• 4 to 8 years of experience in advisory firms or multinational company
• Hands-on exposure to international projects xghoner and intra-group operations
• Strong knowledge of international taxation and transfer pricing
• Solid grounding in contracts, invoicing and tax documentation
• High level of English; German or French a plus
