Descripción
- Design and execute the commercial approach for the designated market area.- Create business development plans and ensure their effective delivery.- Determine pricing strategies, sales projections, and performance objectives.- Take ownership of revenue growth and profit generation for the business unit.- Oversee customer payment compliance and contribute to sound credit control practices.- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-lasting partnerships with strategic clients.- Plan customer meetings and lead negotiations of key commercial contracts.- Ensure accurate use of CRM tools and uphold high standards of data quality.- Manage, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve outstanding results.- Assist the team in handling complex customer discussions and resolving critical issues.-
