We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Dutch-speaking clients across various platforms.
- Analyze complex customer queries within the customer support services sector to deliver prompt and effective solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic,



and expert communication in Dutch.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline support processes and enhance the user experience.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately within the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Stay updated on the latest service features and company policies to provide accurate information to end-users.
- Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding performance KPIs and service level agreements.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is strictly required.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for the customer support services industry.
- Strong proficiency in English for internal reporting and team collaboration.
