At Siemens Digital Industries, we are looking for a Customer Solution Architect for Aerospace & Defense to drive the development and growth of strategic accounts within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

In this role, you will act as the trusted advisor for your customers, building long-term relationships, understanding their business and operational challenges, and identifying opportunities where Siemens Digital Industries Automation solutions can create measurable value. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint within existing customers while proactively uncovering new opportunities across the Digital Industries portfolio.

Working closely with sales, technical experts, and service teams, you will ensure customer success, achieve business targets,



and support sustainable growth within one of the company's most strategic vertical markets.

This position is idóneo for a sales driven professional with experience in account management, business development or sales.

You'll make an impact by:
- Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, from engineering and operations teams to senior management.
- Understanding customer business strategies, investment plans, and operational challenges to identify new opportunities.
- Developing account growth plans for key Aerospace & Defense customers.
- Leading customer engagements, workshops, and executive discussions to position Siemens as a strategic partner.
- Driving the adoption of Siemens Digital Industries Automation solutions across assigned accounts.
- Managing and growing a pipeline of opportunities to ensure achievement of sales targets and forecast commitments.
