We are looking for an Amazing: Agentic AI Specialist

The amazing you, will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
6+ years of IT experience in solution design, development, administration or technical support.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting AI agents, chatbots or automation solutions .
Experience with 2nd and 3rd line enterprise technical support , including incident and problem management.
Experience establishing AI governance frameworks,



agent lifecycle management processes or AI platform operating models .
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI-agent architecture, orchestration, governance and lifecycle management .
Ability to develop both low-code and custom AI agents .
Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, Azure and enterprise applications .
Experience across multiple technical areas, including solution architecture, development, platform administration, governance and operational support .
Strong knowledge of AI security, compliance, access control, monitoring and responsible AI .
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a roadmap for AI agent administration, governance, deployment, support and adoption .
Define standards and processes for the AI agent lifecycle , including naming, documentation, testing, approval, publishing, monitoring, review and retirement.
