In this role you will lead digital marketing and communication efforts to elevate brand visibility and support growth for Power Technique South Europe. You'll guide a team to deliver impactful campaigns across digital channels aligned with corporate and regional priorities. Using data-driven insights, you'll shape content strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable impact. Responsabilidades
Develop and execute annual digital marketing and communication strategies
Interface between division, sales and marketing/communication teams to feedback on product information and market trends
Define and monitor KPIs for campaigns and propose corrective actions
Manage and optimize content across websites, social media, email, and digital advertising




Organize customer events and coordinate product pages, success stories and pricing updates for strong customer communication
Create synergies between sales and marketing to maximize ROI of activities
Maintain and update product databases and digital catalogs
Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategy
Align regional marketing goals with BLMs and their teams
Launch and manage CRM campaigns and share insights with stakeholders
Lead, coach, train and manage the team to achieve marketing goals
Requisitos principales Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
5–7 years of experience in digital marketing and communications, preferably in a multinational or industrial setting
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, and CRM systems such as C4C
