Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Iberia EP/NV Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Spain.



In this highly visible role, you will serve as the key Supply Chain partner for Spain and Portugal, ensuring outstanding service performance across the EP/NV portfolio while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business continuity. As the bridge between Supply Chain and the commercial organization, you will influence strategic decisions, lead issue resolution, optimize inventory and allocation management, and ensure end-to-end alignment across multiple business functions.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary Supply Chain interface for customers across Spain and Portugal.
- Drive service performance and key metrics, including OTIF, customer service levels, and penalty management.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, and Central Planning teams to ensure seamless execution.
