Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer / QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of automated testing strategies for complex, AI-powered applications.

The role goes beyond traditional software testing. In addition to validating APIs, frontend applications, backend services, and end-to-end workflows, you will help establish approaches for testing LLM behavior, prompt outputs, model responses, and hallucination rates.

You will work closely with software engineers, AI engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that AI-powered solutions are reliable, performant, and aligned with defined business requirements and SLAs.





Key Responsibilities
- Design, document, and execute comprehensive automated testing strategies across frontend applications, APIs, backend services, and data flows.
- Develop and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Design verification approaches specifically for AI and LLM-based systems, including validation of prompt behavior, model outputs, response consistency, and hallucination rates.
- Test complex end-to-end AI workflows and automated actions, ensuring they behave according to defined business logic.
- Perform API, system integration, regression, and performance/load testing before production releases.
- Validate application and platform performance against agreed business and technical SLAs.
- Identify defects, create detailed bug reports, investigate failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
