The Opportunity

Puig is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Global Creative & Innovation Manager to join the Creative & Innovation Acceleration team.

This role will lead the evolution of creative excellence across Puig's media ecosystem by enabling brands and markets with best-in-class creative production frameworks, scalable operational processes, innovative tools and AI-powered solutions.

Acting as the bridge between Creative, Media, Brand, Production and Technology teams, the Integral Creative & Innovation Manager will ensure that creative assets are designed for performance, efficiently produced and continuously optimized across all digital media touchpoints.

Rather than developing creative concepts, this role focuses on enabling the production of high-performing media assets through operational excellence, technical expertise, innovation and data-driven best practices
