Learnlife is seeking a dynamic Head of Admissions and Community Engagement to drive school growth through proactive family engagement, recruitment, retention, admissions management, and meaningful community engagement.

This role ensures the admissions process delivers an outstanding personal experience for families while strategically generating new leads, converting them to enrollments, and forecasting to meet annual learner enrollment targets. The role will also be responsible for building long-term relationships within Barcelona's international and local communities to ensure sustainable long-term growth.

Start date: Full-time from October 2026.

Work location: 30% remote with 70% regular presence in our hubs (Barcelona, Castelldefels and St. Pere de Ribes)

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Design and own Learnlife's learner recruitment strategy, implementing proactive tactics to generate and nurture family leads through community engagement, events, partnerships, and digital outreach.
- Build strong networks with relocation and school finder agencies, multinational corporations, feeder schools, embassies and cultural organisations.
- Represent Learnlife at local and international fairs, open days, and networking events to raise visibility.
