We are looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Operations team and provide operational support for SCADA systems deployed across remote renewable energy plants worldwide. This role combines systems administration, infrastructure troubleshooting, automation, and customer interaction. You will help ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of mission-critical systems supporting renewable energy operations across multiple geographies. Key responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for SCADA infrastructures deployed in remote customer sites.
- Investigate and resolve incidents affecting servers, virtualization platforms,



networking components, and databases.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Linux-based environments.
- Support virtualized infrastructures and ensure platform availability.
- Contribute to incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks through scripting and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, customers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure service continuity and high service quality.
- Participate in operational improvement initiatives, standardization efforts, and knowledge‑sharing activities.
