About the Role
This is a paid acquisition-focused role on the Growth team, based in Madrid,



reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working closely with founders to scale HappyRobot's demand generation engine. You'll be hands-on-keyboard with our paid channels, owning strategy, execution, and performance across the funnel — from awareness to pipeline.

This is our first dedicated performance marketing hire. You'll start as an individual contributor, building and proving out channels from scratch, with a clear path to building and managing a team as spend and channels scale.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels relevant to reaching enterprise and operations buyers
- Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting end-to-end
- Build and manage a testing roadmap across channels, audiences, and creative to drive down CAC and improve ROAS
