We are looking for a senior Software Architect who canset technical direction, lead through influence, and drive architecture decisions across the entire company.

This role sits at the intersection oftechnology strategy, architecture excellence, and engineering leadership. You will work with senior engineers and engineering leaders across multiple teams and locations, shaping how we design, build, and evolve our platform.

The team you’ll be a part of

You will be part of ourTechnical Enablement Teamand will work very closely with ourDirector ofEngineering who is also defining a global reference architecture.

TheTechnical Enablement Teamwill take part in all the strategicallyimportant changesand initiatives across our engineering group. This includes a mix of hands-on work when implementing new features,



technologies or similar while keeping the strategic focus and aligning this acrossteams. You will work with highly skilled and top of the class engineers and we expect you to be one aswell.

- Define and evolve thecompany-wide architecture and technology vision
- Establishclear architectural principles, standards, and reusable building blocks
- Drive adoption of these standards across teams through collaboration—not mandate

- Guide and mentor50+ engineersacross multiple teams and tribes
- Support senior developers and tech leads in making sound architectural trade-offs
