Role Description

• Fully Remote - This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in Spain.

• Handle incoming leads from marketing — no cold calling!

• Consult clients by phone, email and online, guiding them through the entire customer journey

• Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close deals

• Understand customer needs and provide expert advice before and after the sale

• Hit and exceed your goals — because effort always pays off here

Qualifications

• Good English for internal communication

• Proven B2C sales management experience

• Strong skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving

• Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and performance metrics would be considered an advantage

• Experience in high-value B2C sales conducted remotely, combined with strong communication, presentation and remote collaboration skills, would be considered an advantage
