Overview

As Project Portfolio Manager, you will lead the Business Enablement portfolio spanning architecture, infrastructure, networking and security, aligning investments with SITA for Aircraft strategy to deliver measurable business outcomes. You’ll oversee delivery across cross-functional programs, govern budgets and resources, and develop a high-performing team. You’ll drive governance, planning and executive reporting to enable informed decisions. This role offers impact at scale in a global, technology-driven aviation environment.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the Business Enablement portfolio and translate strategy into roadmaps and delivery plans
- Oversee delivery to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
- Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources to ensure business value
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers and project professionals
- Establish portfolio governance aligned with enterprise standards and priorities
- Ensure sponsorship, funding,



KPIs and delivery plans for initiatives
- Lead portfolio reviews, executive governance forums and reporting
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, capacity planning and resource allocation
- Partner with Product, Engineering & Technology, Operations, Security, Finance and other stakeholders to align priorities
- Manage risks, dependencies and change across business and tech functions
- Ensure change readiness, adoption and measurable outcomes throughout delivery

Requisitos principales

- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Formal project management training
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience managing complex portfolios in technology or related environments
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and resource planning
- Experience across infrastructure, networking, cyber security, cloud or platform engineering
- Strong governance, financial management, planning, stakeholder management and prioritisation
- Ability to manage complex dependencies and executive stakeholders
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in English; aviation or mission-critical experience beneficial
