Overview

In this role, you will lead the delivery of security projects and programs for AXA’s Cyber Defense products, including SOC initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and third parties. You will establish plans, budgets, metrics, and risk controls to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with AXA processes. You will drive security tool deployments and automation within the SOC to advance threat detection and incident response. This position combines program leadership with hands-on SOC modernization and security transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead operational delivery of security projects and programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope results
- Direct project teams across central, markets, and third parties
- Negotiate plans, schedules, and maintain accountability for delivery
- Establish KPIs and monitor project performance
- Manage project budgets and expenditure aligned with commitments
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and alerts
- Liaise between Cyber Defense and AXA technical/business communities to align changes
- Communicate progress, budgets, risks, and delivery status to stakeholders
- Manage change requests and procurement matters with Group Procurement
- As SME, oversee SOC expansion and monitoring capabilities




- Lead deployment of new security tools within the SOC
- Support security transformation efforts and utilization of AXA security products
- Drive adoption of SOAR, EDR, XDR, and cloud security within SOC
- Develop automated Threat Detection/Incident Response playbooks and workflows
- Implement automation for security monitoring, threat intelligence integration, and orchestration

Requisitos principales

- Experience in project and program management with a security focus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management within diverse technical/business communities
- Proven ability to drive organizational change and change management processes
- Expertise in customer needs analysis and translating into technical requirements
- Extensive third-party and quality management experience in security projects
- Engineering Degree; BS/MS in Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields
- Project management certification (PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2, etc.)
- Agile methodology experience (SCRUM or similar) a plus
- Process improvement certification (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus
