This role goes beyond standard design work: you’ll take on challenging designs built on non-standard fab processes and emerging technology,



and act as a key technical interface between the design team and the process integration team.You’ll need to build a solid, working knowledge of Qorvo’s GaAs and GaN fabrication processes quickly, since that understanding directly shapes design decisions on this team.

It’s a highly collaborative, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving first-of-a-kind problems at the boundary between design and process.This is an onsite position where the expectation is to be onsite in our Barcelona office five days a week.Responsibilities:Design and implement power amplifiers using Qorvo’s GaAs and GaN technologies and processes, including designs built on non-standard or emerging fab processes.Design and optimize RF modules, including substrate-level implementation and integration of power amplifiers with other RF components.Partner directly with fab and process integration teams to align design choices with process capabilities as new technology is developed.Perf
