Responsibilities: The main duties involve conducting social assessments of beneficiaries to identify needs, vulnerabilities, and available resources, designing individualized care plans. This includes performing vulnerability assessments according to IOM standards, identifying protection needs, and providing guidance on available services, referring individuals to competent agencies when necessary. The role requires close coordination with the Protection Team Leader, reporting urgent situations and risks immediately.
