THE CRM MANAGER ROLE

As CRM Manager,



you’ll be responsible for defining and delivering the customer retention and loyalty strategy, with a strong focus on increasing player activity, repeat engagement, customer satisfaction and lifetime value.

You’ll design and manage multichannel CRM campaigns, automated customer journeys, promotional calendars and segmentation strategies, while working closely with wider teams across marketing, commercial and operations.

You’ll also take ownership of CRM reporting, campaign optimisation, budgeting and ensuring activity remains compliant with Spanish gaming regulations and Responsible Gaming policies.

CRM MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing CRM activity
- Strong experience across customer retention and lifecycle marketing
- Experience creating and optimising automated CRM journeys
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation
- Experience managing promotions and loyalty programmes
- Strong analytical skills with experience monitoring CRM K
