Overview As Team Leader - Field Service Engineers, you will oversee Field Service operations across Spain, combining people leadership with operational excellence to boost customer satisfaction and service growth. You will mentor a team responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of TOMRA’s food sorting solutions, while also driving service performance and commercial opportunities. The role blends team development with hands-on service leadership to ensure high-quality customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to scale services and uphold TOMRA’s safety and customer-first values.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers across Spain
- Oversee onboarding, performance management,



and development plans
- Manage workloads, schedules, and field coverage for efficiency and wellbeing
- Build strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify service sales opportunities, upgrades, and spare parts
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams to maximize value
- Support complex technical issues and escalate where needed
- Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence
- Lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions

Requisitos principales
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar Service function
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of field service operations and service delivery
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop technical teams
- Strong comm
