Your missions?

- Act as a strategic PMO partner for regional Business and Digital/IT leaders, providing clear visibility on portfolio health, priorities, risks and decisions.
- Build and maintain an integrated regional portfolio across multiple countries, functions and workstreams.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations, ensuring timely mitigation and alignment with the global transformation roadmap.
- Drive PMO governance, reporting, stage gates and delivery standards, adapting general frameworks to local realities.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives across Business, Digital/IT, Finance, Supply Chain, P&C; and other functions.
- Embed Change Management and adoption into transformation initiatives,



ensuring stakeholders are engaged and new ways of working are effectively adopted.
- Translate complex programme data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and support informed decision-making.
- Support Project Managers and business stakeholders by sharing best practices and continuously improving ways of working.
- Work across different countries, cultures and time zones, ensuring alignment between global objectives and regional execution.

About you?

- Significant experience in PMO, Program Management or Transformation Management within complex international environments.
- Previous experience in Healthcare, Pharma, Consumer Health or other regulated industries.
- Proven experience managing large, multi-country programmes or portfolios.
- Strong background in governance, delivery management, risk, issue and dependency management.
- Experience working with and influencing senior Business and Te
