Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding players through our various gaming products. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone to Dutch-speaking clients
- Promptly address and resolve customer questions and concerns
- Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their experience




- Collaborate with your team to ensure the delivery of high-quality service
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collect and relay customer feedback to assist in continuous service improvement
- Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of products and enhance service skills

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and a good command of English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous
- Experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Malta and engage with a new culture
