Role Purpose
The Brand Manager will join STADA UK at a time of strong momentum, portfolio expansion, and organisational transformation. This role is pivotal in accelerating the growth of our Consumer Health brands by delivering in-market excellence, driving flawless execution, and embedding a data-driven, performance-oriented mindset across the business.
Working closely with Marketing, Digital, Insights, Medical, Regulatory, Supply and Sales teams, you will help shape and deliver the UK brand ambition while leveraging One STADA processes, frameworks,



and performance culture to build brands that win with consumers, shoppers, and customers.
How You Will Make Impact:
1. 360 Brand management
- Contribute to the development of end-to-end brand strategy and positioning for your portfolio, ensuring a clear, insight-led and consumer-centric approach.
- Translate strategy into fully integrated 360 activation plans across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and e-commerce channels.
- Lead day-to-day brand execution and communication with excellence, pace, and attention to detail.
- Ensure brand consistency across all consumer and customer touchpoints, safeguarding visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Support the Marketing Manager in portfolio-level initiatives and cross-brands alignment.
