Were recruiting for a Telesales Representative to join an established business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a 100% outbound B2B sales role, idóneo for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and decision-makers, and turning conversations into genuine sales opportunities.
Youll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the companys Business Development Managers.
The RoleThis is a proactive, phone-based sales position where your focus will be on outbound B2B calling rather than waiting for leads to come to you.
Youll be contacting prospective businesses, identifying decision-makers, introducing the companys services, overcoming objections and qualifying opportunities before arranging appointments for the BD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.
- Speak confidently with business owners,



directors and senior decision-makers.
- Introduce company services and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships over the phone.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Qualify prospects and book appointments for Business Development Managers.
- Ensure leads are accurately recorded and passed to the BDM team.
- Help organise and manage BDM appointments and schedules.
- Maintain accurate CRM and call records.
- Work towards agreed call, appointment and performance targets.
- Follow up with prospects where appropriate to maximise opportunities.
