Hola y bienvenido/a a Sungrow We are looking for a proactive Contracts & Legal Advisor to support our business in Spain during a maternity leave cover. In this role, you will help our commercial and operational teams move forward with confidence by providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance. Curious? Let’s dive right in:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including sales, supply, service, procurement, confidentiality, and partnership contracts.
- Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to Sales, Project Management, Service, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Identify contractual, commercial, and regulatory risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
- Support the full contract lifecycle, from template preparation and negotiations through execution, amendments, and contract administration.
- Ensure contracts and internal processes align with applicable Spanish law, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with EMEA Legal colleagues and external counsel on complex legal matters, claims,



disputes, and corporate topics.
