At Grand Hyatt Barcelona, one of the city’s newest luxury landmarks, we are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven, and relationship‑focused Sales Manager to join our Commercial team. About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting group business, managing inquiries ranging from 10 to 465 rooms per night.



You will craft tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and nurture lasting client relationships that support the hotel’s commercial success. Working closely with the Associate Director of Sales, you will play a key role in positioning Grand Hyatt Barcelona as a preferred destination for meetings, incentives, and group travel.
Main Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and develop new group business aligned with the hotel’s commercial strategy.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with meeting planners, corporate clients, organizations, Hyatt Sales Force, Convention Bureaus, and key industry partners.
- Actively seek new opportunities and enhance existing partnerships to maximize revenue potential.
