As a vital member of the PMO and Business Improvement team, you will establish and enhance project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices that enable consistent execution and scalable growth. Your focus will be on optimizing end-to-end business processes, emphasizing project management excellence, process efficiency, quality, and automation. By partnering with regional stakeholders, you will identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that align with Siemens Energy standards, ensuring sustainable results and a seamless customer experience.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive operational excellence by establishing and continuously improving project management standards, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
- Lead business process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, compliance,



customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.
- Partner with regional and general stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Govern and enhance project management methodologies, tools, KPIs, and reporting processes to ensure consistent execution and data-driven decision making.
- Analyze process non-conformities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with Quality teams to strengthen organizational performance.
- Support digital transformation and long‑term business growth by promoting continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, and scalable operations.

What You Bring
- University studies in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
