The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Software Project Manager to join an international environment and lead the adoption of software engineering and DevOps best practices across multiple development teams.

Your Mission

Your mission will be to coordinate, monitor, and drive the implementation of software engineering, DevOps,



and application security practices across a large and distributed international environment.

You will act as a key liaison between technical experts and development teams, ensuring initiatives are understood, properly prioritized, and successfully delivered while providing clear visibility to senior stakeholders.

What will you do day to day?
- Lead and coordinate software improvement initiatives across multiple international development teams.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD processes, and software engineering standards.
- Act as the main point of contact between technical experts and distributed delivery teams.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, follow‑up sessions, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers.
