Your responsibilities
As Director of Solution Design & Engineering (m/f/d), you will lead the pre-sales, consultancy,



solution design and detailed project planning departments at Element Logic and bear overall responsibility for how warehouse automation solutions are conceived, designed and developed - from the initial client meeting right through to the detailed solution design.
- Leading, developing and motivating a multidisciplinary team of more than 30 staff in the areas of pre-sales support, solution consultancy, solution design and detailed planning
- Defining and communicating a clear vision and strategy for the solution consultancy, design and engineering division, aligned with Element Logic's global growth targets
- Responsibility for the quality, consistency and competitiveness of warehouse automation solutions throughout the entire pre-sales and design lifecycle
