As the Regional Head of Site Services, a newly created leadership position within Black & White Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a strategically important business unit across Europe. This role combines operational leadership, commercial accountability and business growth, making it an idóneo opportunity for someone who wants to influence both project delivery and wider business performance.

Working closely with the COO and senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping the future direction of Site Services across the region. You'll develop growth strategies, strengthen client relationships, expand service offerings and build the capability needed to support increasing demand across our project portfolio.

This role is hybrid working but can be based from any of our UK & EU offices. You'll be expected to work regularly from the office closest to your location. Given the regional nature of the position, international travel across Europe and to other business locations will be required as needed to support clients, projects and business growth initiatives.
