Our product team is composed of 14 people: 7 Product managers, 6 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.
You’ll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people).
Your mission
We’re looking for a Market Product Manager to join our team and shape the future of Dashdoc’s platform with a focus on Spain.
- Core Mission: Represent local market needs for Spain to drive functional parity against established local competitors and to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Time Allocation:
- 60% Product: Analyze local regulations, define functional gaps, and conduct market benchmarking. Then work with the relevant domain PM, designer and devs to define and implement solutions.
- 40% Pre-sales / Customer Success:
- Go with the sales team to prospect meetings and gather feedback to unlock future deals
- Be close to the local customer success (onboarding and run teams) to understand local pains for deployed customers
- Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and formalize country-specific functional requirements.




- Identify country-specific legal requirements and upcoming deadlines.
- Shape pitches to improve the product based on those requirements.
- Advocate for the local roadmap with domain product managers to secure development capacity (see operating model below).
- Work with designers and developers to build what was shaped.
- Participate in pre-sales discussions to gain direct market insights.
- Train the sales/marketing teams on market specificities, regulations and competitors landscape.
- Make sure Sales have the means to run a market-adapted demos and conversation.
- Identify high-potential partnerships (softwares, federations, consulting firms, etc.)
- Brief the marketing team on key features/market roadmap, local messaging, use cases and references.
