The Associate - Business Technology Project Lead will play a key role within the CIB IT PMO, leading and overseeing the delivery of business-driven technology initiatives across the portfolio. The role will act as a primary bridge between Business and Technology, ensuring business priorities are translated into clear execution plans and delivered through effective coordination across Application Development, Infrastructure,



Operations, Security, and other technology teams.
- Lead and oversee the delivery of business-driven technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Provide delivery oversight across multiple concurrent projects, identifying risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and potential impacts across the portfolio.
- Directly manage selected strategic or complex projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Act as a key liaison between Business and Technology teams, translating business priorities into actionable technology delivery plans.
- Coordinate across Application Development, Infrastructure, Operations, Security, Architecture, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery.
