You will guide deployment, adoption, and value realization across Dynatrace products, while delivering customer-focused training and acting as a SME to accelerate success.
You will engage with executive stakeholders, influence product roadmaps, and drive ongoing customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
