The Opportunity

If your career has been built around diagnosing complex problems and shaping strategies for others to execute,



you already know the value of structured thinking and sound judgement. You know how to turn ambiguity into a clear recommendation.

Across Strait Link's marine, road and infrastructure assets, you won't hand the strategy over and move on. You'll stay with it — building the relationships and business understanding needed to see it through to execution, with a genuine hand in what happens next.

Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you’ll work with senior leaders on the strategic and commercial priorities shaping Strait Link’s future.

Your work will include:
- Developing business cases, financial models and commercial recommendations.
- Analysing markets, competitors, opportunities and risks.
- Supporting enterprise and divisional strategic planning.
- Preparing recommendations for the Board, Executive Leadership Team and shareholders.
