We are looking for a Sales Capture Manager or Senior Manager with experience in Application Management Services (AMS) projects. The role focuses on driving sales opportunities related to maintenance and managed services, supporting clients throughout the full pre-sales and capture lifecycle.

Key functions
- Lead and coordinate sales capture activities for AMS (maintenance and managed services) opportunities.
- Actively participate in public procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and tenders, ensuring compliance with administrative and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery, solution architecture, and financial teams to define competitive AMS proposals aligned with client needs.




- Manage relationships with public sector stakeholders and internal teams to maximize win probability.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute capture strategies for AMS opportunities.
- Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for RFPs and RFIs related to maintenance and managed services.
- Analyze documentation and translate requirements into structured sales and solution approaches.
- Support negotiation and clarification phases, ensuring alignment between contractual, operational, and financial aspects.

Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales or capture roles focused on AMS (Application Management Services) or maintenance projects.
- Proven experience participating in technical offers, RFPs, RFIs.
- English level B2 or higher.
- Native Spanish.
