As a Customer Integration Engineer, you bridge Roche’s business units and the enterprise AWS Cloud Platform to maximize cloud value. You translate BU pain points into platform features, support complex use cases, and ensure steady incident resolution across time zones. You work closely with BU engineers and Product Owners to boost efficiency and drive the roadmap. This role blends cloud, DevOps, and cross‑functional collaboration in a global context.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Scope and manage integration for defined business units; act as the primary expert for platform features
• Translate technical pain points into fixes or features for the platform




• Support implementation, migration and troubleshooting of complex use cases
• Provide continuity by taking over major incidents across time zones
• Collaborate with BU engineers and Product Owners to improve satisfaction and roadmap impact
• Support the Managed Service Provider in incident xghoner resolution and platform operations

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience solving technical business problems with DevOps and cloud knowledge
• Ability to continuously research, learn, and share knowledge
