About the opportunityYOUR MISSIONYou'll lead the commercial engine behind two of the most strategic growth levers in our African markets: Key Accounts and Partner Advertising. On one side, you'll own the regional strategy to grow, retain, and improve the profitability of our top restaurant partners. On the other, you'll drive our Partner Ads business forward — scaling advertiser adoption, improving ROAS, and bringing new monetization products to market. You'll work hand in hand with local teams across Africa, turning strategy into results, and coaching Account Managers to become sharper commercial operators along the way.THE JOURNEYOwn the regional Key Accounts strategy: define how we grow, retain, and improve profitability with our most important food partners across Africa.Build and lead the Partner Ads growth plan for the region, setting targets and driving performance market by market.Partner with each local Account Management team to hit revenue and adoption targets,



providing hands-on coaching and strategic guidance.Use data and market trends to spot opportunities to improve campaign performance and adjust live campaigns to boost advertiser ROAS.Grow the advertiser pool by sharpening our sales pitch, tools, and outbound funnel — from prospecting to campaign launch and optimization.Lead the go-to-market for new Partner Ads features and products, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and local teams.Negotiate directly with key accounts, representing the region in cross-functional and integral initiatives.What you need to be successfulWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE5+ years in digital advertising sales or key account management, with a track record of driving revenue growth across multiple markets.Experience selling performance-based advertising across different models.Strong negotiation skills and a track record managing key accounts.Proven leadership and stakeholder management — you know how to align, coach, and motivate teams that don't report to y
