Air Conditioning Service Engineer
Location: Reading / M4 Corridor
Salary: £48k depending on experience
Employment: Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday, with overtime available
We are currently working with an established and growing engineering business that is looking for a Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join their team.
The role will involve servicing, maintaining and fault finding on commercial air conditioning systems across Reading, the M4 corridor and surrounding areas .
Key Responsibilities
- Service and maintain commercial AC systems.
- Fault find and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Work on VRF/VRV, split and multi split systems .
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Complete leak detection and refrigerant recovery/charging.
- Complete service reports and job sheets.
- Identify remedial works and report findings.
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and customer service.

About You
- Proven experience in commercial air conditioning.




- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with VRF/VRV and split systems .
- F Gas Category 1 .
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Level 3 Refrigeration & Air - Conditioning NVQ
