Langley is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team in Ashdene, Wakefield. This is a permanent, fulltime position working 37.5hours per week , where youll play a meaningful role in supporting our clients and contributing to our mission. This will be 3 x 12.5 hours shifts and will include some weekend work.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 25590per annum , recognising the value and impact of your work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide keywork support (including acting as Key Worker where required), maintaining accurate client records and using the Langley Client File to review progress and promote independence.
- Contribute to a safe, well-run service by following medication procedures, supporting participation and client meetings/involvement (including complaints), supporting prospective/former residents, maintaining safe/tidy environments, and participating in rotas and team meetings.
