Overview
Senior leader in Enterprise AI to translate multimodal AI advances into clinically actionable capabilities across Oncology and BioPharma. You will steer scientific translation, establish enterprise standards, and work across R&D;, AI, and care transformation to scale predictive and diagnostic models. Your work enables earlier disease detection, smarter patient stratification, and trial-enrichment powered by real-world data. You drive measurable clinical and economic impact through scalable AI-enabled solutions.
Responsabilidades
Act as enterprise scientific authority for multimodal AI in Oncology and BioPharma and define the scientific agenda for predictive modelling and diagnostics.
Lead development of AI-enabled diagnostic frameworks combining imaging, omics, molecular diagnostics, and real-world data; validate biomarkers and disease taxonomy.
Transform clinical development using multimodal AI for patient identification, trial enrichment, and endpoint optimisation; perform advanced reanalysis of trial data.




Reinforce foundation models with clinical and real-world data to improve generalisability and predictive power; develop reusable multimodal representations.
Integrate clinical trials and real-world evidence into continuous learning systems across the product lifecycle.
Establish enterprise-wide standards for validation, deployment, governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory-grade evidence generation.
Bridge R&D;, diagnostics, and care initiatives to translate predictive models into scalable clinical tools.
Develop strategic external partnerships to accelerate multimodal predictive modelling and diagnostics; evaluate external datasets and technologies.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, R&D;, markets, academia, and patient communities; translate methodological insights into strategic implications.
Elevate organisational capability in AI-driven precision medicine and mentor scientific teams to sustain methodological excellence.
