In this role, you will execute standardized finance activities within a COE to support planning, reporting, and analytics at scale. You work with cross-functional partners to deliver timely financial outputs, insights, and performance reviews that drive business decisions. You will help standardize frameworks, dashboards, and tools, enabling consistent reporting across businesses. This is a growth-minded role in a global finance team that values data-driven decision support and transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Support forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and business performance reviews
- Deliver financial reporting, variance analysis, and actionable insights to Business Finance partners
- Develop and maintain standardized analytical frameworks, KPI definitions, and reporting methodologies
- Create scalable dashboards, reporting packages, and analytical tools for consistency across businesses
- Execute standardized finance processes with opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement
- Support finance transformation initiatives, including migration of activities into the COE operating model
- Maintain data quality and integrity across finance systems, reporting,



and planning processes
- Partner with Business Finance and cross-functional teams to provide timely analysis and decision support
- Support adoption of AI-enabled finance tools and promote common processes and best practices across finance

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 2–5 years of FP&A; or related analytical roles
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience translating data into actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP, planning, and reporting systems (e.G., SAP, S/4HANA, Anaplan, Hyperion, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) xhfqzwm
- Ability to work with large datasets and develop standardized reporting solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Experience supporting process improvement, standardization, or finance transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with data visualization, automation, and emerging analytics technologies is a plus
