Taizen is seeking an SDR to land GTM leaders on calls and schedule high-quality meetings for a product that improves job performance. This is a phone-first role based in Barcelona, with in-person work four days a week.
The base salary is €30,000 with a €15,000 variable component (OTE €45,000) uncapped. You will be the first SDR, shaping targeting, opening lines, pitches, and follow-ups, then scaling the playbook as the company grows.
