We are deploying our app to 10 million TVs in the USA as a native art gallery and screensaver, and we are looking for experienced and motivated developers to join our team and take on this challenge. (For context, Movistar+ has only 3.5 million screens.)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of the new integration with the nº 1 screen platform in the market, for the professional marketplace (new partnership to be announced in the coming months)

Discuss and propose technical solutions with the team

Code and feature review, both your own and your teammates'

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of Java 17/21/25, Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Batch, Cloud)

Expertise in development best practices (SOLID, Clean Code), Hexagonal Architecture and DDD (mandatory)

Experience with automated testing: unit, integration. We value experience with TDD and tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers or WireMock

Experience with microservices architecture, distributed systems and inter-service communication

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies (MongoDB, Redis)

Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Kafka

Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Github Actions), Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS)





Experience with distributed systems patterns: Transactional Outbox, Saga, CQRS or Event Sourcing

Experience with distributed systems observability: metrics, logs and tracing (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch or similar)

Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and Helm

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

High level of English (spoken, written and read)

Minimum required level of Catalan (spoken and written)

Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork ability and critical thinking

Eager to learn, grow professionally and personally, and share knowledge with the team
