Founding Product Designer - B2C AI EdTech

Teachers spend 10–15 hours a week planning lessons.

The future is planning in minutes, not evenings.

I'm leading a search for a 2nd Founding Product Designer at an AI-native EdTech company reimagining how teachers work. Instead of generic content and hours of prep, teachers generate curriculum-aligned lessons, slides and worksheets in seconds - every resource tailored to their class.

Already at £6m ARR with a team of just 10 , the product has found clear product-market fit and is entering its next stage of consumer growth.

This is a true founding opportunity. You'll work directly with the founders, own the product experience end-to-end and play a defining role in shaping both the product and the design function.

What we’re looking for:

- Senior,



Principal or Lead Product Designer who has shipped standout consumer products across web or native apps.

- Exceptional consumer craft, with a portfolio demonstrating polished, intuitive experiences.

- A strategic product thinker who can operate like a PM - not just design screens.

- AI-native and comfortable prototyping in code or Claude as well as Figma.

- Proven startup experience, moving quickly, working with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats.

- Motivated by building something that could genuinely improve how millions of people learn.

Travel required to the UK every 8 weeks (hotel & flights paid for)
