We are looking for a Commercial Manager - Hydrocolloids to take overall responsibility for the integral Hydrocolloids category, including strategy, sales, profitability, product portfolio, supplier management, and business development.
The position combines global category management with direct commercial responsibility, working closely with regional sales teams, strategic suppliers, and key customers worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for growing sales and margins, developing new markets and applications, strengthening supplier relationships, and identifying new business opportunities globally.
Develop and implement the global strategy for the Hydrocolloids category.
Take direct responsibility for global sales, profitability, and achievement of annual business development targets.




Manage and develop the global Hydrocolloids product portfolio, including new product launches and application development projects.
Monitor global market trends, competition, pricing, and supply developments.
Have proven experience driving commercial growth and business development
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen combined with technical product understanding
Are fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are considered an advantage
