In this role you will drive the full B2B sales cycle in the German-speaking DACH market, from prospecting to closing and account development. You will build long-term partnerships with leading FMCG and Food & Beverage brands and act as a trusted commercial partner. You will tailor sampling, market research, and social campaigns to client objectives, while expanding key accounts and upselling premium services. hybrid work model with two remote days

~ Analyze client marketing objectives and propose tailored sampling, market research, and social campaigns




~ Grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling premium services
~ Maintain sales pipeline and activity in Pipedrive CRM
~ Monitor campaign performance and advise clients based on market insights
~ Native or near-native German and high level English
~ B2B sales/business development/account management experience in the DACH market
~ Proven success in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
~ Strong commercial mindset and proactive opportunity generation
~ Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, and performance-driven environments
