Sales Customer Representative
Are you passionate about sales and customer relationships? As a Sales Customer Representative, you will play a crucial role in advancing the prevention and treatment of diseases in people and animals. Close direct sales of products and/or services to meet individual/team quotas and the organization's business objectives.
Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to generate a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Handle inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers, responding to customer questions and taking orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives by executing a moderately complex selling process that balances business and customer needs.
Maximize revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets.
Support partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, and training to achieve revenue targets.




Appropriately utilize the budget and resources assigned to the territory or account team, being aware of financial elements related to own work.
Proven track record in direct sales and achieving sales quotas.
Excellent communication skills for handling inbound and outbound sales calls.
Experience in channel sales and managing reseller partners.
Knowledge of sales processes, marketing, advertising, and sales promotions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and sales activities.
Strong leadership skills including but not limited to strategic planning, entrepreneurship, innovation, and business savviness. Networking and partnerships should be a key strength.
