We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Planning & Engineering Business Analyst (Associate - Standard - Senior):

Evaluate business requests and needs against the corporate strategy
Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management
IT, Operations and Regulatory.
Engage with all levels of business stakeholders to identify business needs
Strong aptitude for root-cause analysis and strategic prioritization
Experience in designing and documenting business/system requirements.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) to present to technical and business audiences
Previous exposure to Customs Clearance and Business Analysis is an advantage
Preferably: Business school/University level education,



in business-administration (MBA), business-engineering, master’s in information technology or business analytics, or similar
Preferably: Business Analyst certificate, or willing to study to obtain this
