We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead – Crypto Acquiring to drive merchant and PSP partnerships, scale BloFin’s acquiring network, and expand our payment acceptance capabilities across EEA, LATAM, Africa, and APAC. The idóneo candidate has strong experience in fintech or crypto payments, understands the acquiring ecosystem (merchant acquiring, card issuing, processing, and compliance), and can translate strategic goals into commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development:

- Source, evaluate, and onboard PSPs, acquiring banks, and crypto payment gateways to strengthen BloFin Pay’s acceptance network.
- Build strategic partnerships with e-commerce, gaming, and fintech merchants seeking crypto acceptance solutions.
- Develop go-to-market strategies to increase transaction volume and merchant adoption.
- Collaborate with card scheme partners (Visa, Mastercard) and aggregators to expand crypto card payment capabilities.

Commercial & Product Alignment:

- Work closely with product, compliance,



and operations teams to ensure commercial goals align with licensing, risk, and product readiness.
- Provide market feedback to optimize pricing models, merchant onboarding flow, and settlement features.

Revenue & Performance Ownership:

- Set and achieve bi-monthly OKRs on volume growth, active merchants, and channel profitability.
- Prepare regular market and competitive intelligence reports to guide strategy.

Qualifications:

- 5–8 years of BD or partnership experience in payments, acquiring, or fintech (experience with PSPs or crypto exchanges preferred).
- Strong network across merchant aggregators, processors, and card schemes.
- Deep understanding of cross-border payments, crypto payment compliance, and merchant operations.
- Proven ability to negotiate, structure, and close complex partnership deals.
- Fluent in English (additional regional language a plus).
