The Product Owner – Customer Portal is responsible for evolving World Courier’s suite of customer‑facing portal experiences into modern, scalable, intuitive, and increasingly AI‑enabled digital platforms that support global operations, enhance customer engagement.
This role ensures that our customer portals evolve into integrated, consistent, and user‑centric digital experiences, reducing reliance on manual interactions and enabling scalable, self‑service capabilities across regions and markets.
A key measure of success will be the ability to drive customer adoption of digital channels, increasing usage of portal‑based interactions and reducing dependency on manual, email‑and phone‑based processes.
Drive delivery in an agile environment, working closely with engineering, design, and QA teams in your squad.
Integral Customer Portal platform
Order placement, including packaging selection
Chat‑based customer support and assistance
Collaborate closely with the Customer Integrations Product Owner to ensure seamless end‑to‑end customer experiences across the products.
Align with peer Product Owners and Product Group Managers to support cross‑product initiatives and dependencies.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital experience trends, and competitor capabilities in customer portals and logistics platforms.
Help lead the team into AI‑enabled product development by identifying practical use cases, shaping AI‑informed product features, and embedding responsible, value‑driven AI thinking into product delivery.




Have a passion for creating intuitive, customer‑facing digital experiences that make complex processes feel simple.
Strong experience as a Product Owner in agile environments.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, portals, or customer‑facing applications.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams into AI‑enabled product development, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical product opportunities and delivery approaches.
Customer‑facing portals that increasingly differentiate World Courier from competitors through intuitive, high‑value, globally consistent digital experiences.
Strong alignment with integrations and backend systems, enabling seamless customer journeys.
Increased customer adoption of digital channels, with measurable shifts from manual to self‑service interactions.
Work within a collaborative, product‑led organization driving digital transformation.
Certification in project management, customer success management, service management, agile delivery, or product implementation preferred.
